If a product does not substantially confirm to the description, quantity and quality specified by us, then within 5 days from delivery of the product you have to make a complaint to mithsia.ind@gmail.com or make a complaint through the Website.
In an unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In case you have other reasons, please provide details of the issue with the produce/ produce at the time of filing the complaint.
Please courier, at your own cost, the item back to the address provided by Mithsia Team, as soon as We get back to you upon your return request.
Upon receiving the item, We will verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.
If our team determines that the complaint is valid and genuine then we may replace the entire product or produce or a part thereof, depending on the extent of the non-compliance with the description, quantity and quality. Please note that our team is not likely to replace or provide a refund for:
Damage due to misuse any item which has been used any damage/defect which are caused by you.
Any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
Items for which original tags and packaging is not intact; Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund.
