Return and Refund Policy
- If a product does not substantially confirm to the description, quantity and quality specified by us, then within 5 days from delivery of the product you have to make a complaint to mithsia.ind@gmail.com or make a complaint through the Website.

- In an unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- In case you have other reasons, please provide details of the issue with the produce/ produce at the time of filing the complaint.

- Please courier, at your own cost, the item back to the address provided by Mithsia Team, as soon as We get back to you upon your return request.

- Upon receiving the item, We will verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.

- If our team determines that the complaint is valid and genuine then we may replace the entire product or produce or a part thereof, depending on the extent of the non-compliance with the description, quantity and quality. Please note that our team is not likely to replace or provide a refund for:
- damage due to misuse
- any item which has been used
- any damage/defect which are caused by you
- any item that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
- items for which original tags and packaging is not intact; Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund.
