Mithsia.com is owned by Gayatri Art Creation. Here, we provide our users with access to all the hand crafted and hand-painted Madhubani art products including sarees, dupattas, stoles, and many other accessories including jute and canvas products that can be purchased at the mentioned price.
You may not use our designs and products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws

The terms "Customers”, “Well-wishers” refer to the users. General Rules:
1. Madhubani painted products are exclusively available on our website for sell. These products are made to view and hence order. They are subject to return or cancel according to our return and cancellation policy.
2. Mithsia reserves the right to cancel order without giving any prior notice to the customer. If any amount is paid by the customer, the amount will be refunded fully.
3. We aim to ensure that the colours of our products appearing on our website are as similar as possible to the original colour of the product. However, the actual colours might vary slightly.
4. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without any prior written consent.
5. You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any product sold on our site without seeking a prior permission.
6. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
7. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, offer for any product or service made on this site.
8. Though the measurements mentioned with the products are strictly adhered to but there can be variation between 1-2 inches.
9. We do not guarantee the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased, will meet your expectations.

We, at Mithsia, deliver products worldwide and hence, all disputes of any nature including sale and purchase of Mithsia products are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction to the Courts of Patna, Bihar. For resolving such disputes by the courts laws of Indian jurisdiction will be applicable.
